Join us this March for an unforgettable experience at one of the greatest racecourse festivals in the country, Cheltenham Festival Week. Taking place from Tuesday the 12th of March to Friday the 15th of March 2024, don’t forget to organise your tickets and accommodation in advance to avoid disappointment.

The Old Crown Coaching Inn features boutique accommodation near Cheltenham Racecourse, with a relaxed service and a wonderful evening meal while you attend the Cheltenham Festival horse racing this year. 


The Cheltenham Festival is a prestigious horse jump-racing festival spread across four days in March. Attendees will be able to observe a range of races including several Grade I races, in particular the Cheltenham Gold Cup which is held on the fourth and final day of the weekend and is an extremely prestigious award. Alongside the equine entertainment, there are a range of restaurants and shops for spectators to spoil themselves in and make the whole occasion a special treat.

Available by prior arrangement, our guests attending the Cheltenham Festival can make use of a private transfer in a Range Rover for up to four people at £250 return (1 hour each way), or we can arrange a mini bus transfer for larger groups, price on application.
