Rooms can be booked online through our booking system at theoldcrowncoachinginn.com. Click 'Room Bookings' on the website to check availability and make a reservation. You can also call us directly on 01367 242744 to book by phone.

How do I book a table for dinner?

Accepted Answer

Table reservations are made through OpenTable. Click 'Food Bookings' on our website, or search for The Old Crown Coaching Inn on the OpenTable app. For larger groups or special requests, call us on 01367 242744.

Do I need to book in advance?

Accepted Answer

For rooms, we recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. For dining, booking is recommended for Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch. Midweek tables are often available without booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or amend your booking. For parties of 6 or more, a deposit may be required and will be forfeited if cancelled within 48 hours.

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available on request and must be arranged in advance.

We offer 14 individually designed rooms including doubles, twins, deluxe rooms, junior suites and our signature Courtroom Suite with a four-poster bed and fireplace.

Breakfast is included with Bed & Breakfast rates. It is served weekdays from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM and weekends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Yes, Sunday lunch is served from 12:00 PM and is one of our most popular dining experiences. Booking is strongly recommended.
