✨ Valentine’s Tasting Menu ✨Begin your culinary adventure with our freshly baked Rosemary Rose Milk Loaf, followed by a delicate starter of Maple Cured Trout with leek ash emulsion and trout caviar. Indulge in the richness of Duck Parfait paired with cherry, pistachio, and a sticky duck leg bun.
For the main course, savour tender Venison accompanied by charred hispi cabbage, smoked bacon, and carrot. Conclude your meal on a sweet note with our elegant Rhubarb and Custard creation, featuring custard parfait, caramelised white chocolate, and poached rhubarb.
