Meet The Chefs
Chef Iolanda Bustos
She feels like a daughter of her landscape, having been born in Palafrugell in 1976 and growing up in Palau-Sator. Her culinary journey, guided by her farmer-shepherd father and Andalusian mother, led her to become known as "the flower chef" and embrace a naturalistic cooking style that connects people with nature and its flavors.

Chef Samuel Squires
Samuel Squires, previously head chef at the AA rosette-awarded restaurant Hibiscus in Northampton, with an impressive culinary background at esteemed establishments like the 5-star Grove Hotel in Watford, The Ritz in London, and the prestigious 3 Michelin-starred Remy, is an ideal collaborator for Iolanda Bustos, given her dedication to naturalistic cuisine and innovative culinary approach.
